By downloading or using MIA — Marine Inspection Assistant, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

MIA and its content are owned by DSE — Data Science Enterprise. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission. Questions you submit remain yours; responses generated by the AI are provided for your personal use only.

Your use of MIA is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSE — Data Science Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MIA. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MIA after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
