How many questions can I ask per month?
Free plan: 20 questions/month. Premium plan: 200 questions/month. Enterprise: unlimited. Quota resets on the 1st of each month.
Is MIA's information accurate?
MIA is powered by Claude AI and trained on international maritime conventions (SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, STCW, etc.). Responses are generally accurate but should always be verified against official sources for critical decisions.
Which inspection types does MIA support?
PSC (Port State Control), SIRE 2.0, CDI, ISM, USCG, and ISPS Code inspections.
How does voice input work?
Tap the microphone button to start recording your question. Tap again to stop โ€” your speech will be transcribed and inserted into the text field. Powered by Deepgram AI.
Can I upload inspection documents?
Yes โ€” tap the attachment button to upload PDF or text files. MIA will analyze the document and answer questions based on its content.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ MIA โ†’ Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Audio and images are processed in real-time and never stored. Your account data is encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What languages does MIA support?
The app interface supports English, Ukrainian, German, and Spanish. MIA responds in the same language you ask your question in.
How does Fleet/Enterprise work?
Fleet Admins can create an organization, upload company SMS documents, and invite officers using an invite code. Officers join the fleet and get access to company-specific answers. Contact enterprise@dse.codes for pricing.
